Monday was a great day!! Started off the day by playing volleyball as a zone. There are so many of us that we had enough to have 2 games going at once. It was so much fun!! Played more poker, the greenies didn't wager money this time. Then to end the night off we played a little bit of basketball and football for FHE with the YSA!
Tuesday we did something really cool, instead of having a regular district council we had a Zone council where we learned a bunch together! President John also came to visit which is always great!! That's about all we did besides volleyball that night.
Wednesday was pretty busy too. Had a normal meeting then we had to go to the fireside practice where Elder Baker showed me how to operate a $2,000 camera. I got to mess around using it for a majority of the time. I took so many random pictures of people :)
Thursday I went on Exchange with the DL which was a lot of fun. We went on campus for a little bit and had a lesson. Then that evening we went to the Fort Worth Temple Site with our friend Braylon!! What's funny is that the Sisters in our ward brought a friend named Braelyn to the temple site a little bit earlier so we just barely ran into them hahaha. Then we went to institute and that was it. Amazing exchange!!!
Friday was just a whole bunch of visits, we did make the trip over to Mansfield again for a lesson with a member in our ward!!
Saturday was pretty crazy! Started the day off with a lesson with Omar! It was his birthday so after our lesson we bolted over to Walmart and bought him a cake and then bolted back to his house!! It was really fun spending time with him. Then right after that, we went downtown to visit a member in the 5th ward and well he lives in a really tall apartment complex. We had to park 1/2 away and hoped we wouldn't get towed. Anyway, we walked over there and he wasn't home. We decided we'd elevator to the top floor and then take the stairs all the way down 🤣. Then that night we had stake conference and got to hear from Elder Dunn of the Seventy! He is absolutely so awesome!!!
Sunday was the second day of Stake conference which was amazing. Our friend Braylon pulled up!!! He's getting baptized in a couple weeks! Then to end off the day we went to the "Why I believe fireside" so good as always!!
