Elder Bryce Thompson: 8/4/2025 Week 83- I'm going to Baptize all of Arlington

Holy...this week was incredible, filled with so many miracles!

Monday was our last pday before transfers so we went to Braums and then went to the church to play some games. I got destroyed in Uno countless times but hey we don't remember that one. Ended the night by saying goodbye to a couple families and to Donald!

Tuesday we had transfers!! I found out I'm going to Arlington! In the 1st ward. I'm so excited to be here. It's a huge difference from my previous area... so many more people will actually talk to us about Jesus. We had a couple really awesome lessons and we met a super cool guy named Douglass who is so ready for the Gospel!

Wednesday we had district council, it's so weird because there is only 6 of us and I've been out the longest by a long shot. The next closest has been out for 10 months. Anyway I'm still super excited to learn from all my district members! That night we got to help an older lady tie up her tree.

Thursday I had a distrct leader meeting in the morning so I went with Elder Wheeler and Elder Shumway, both super awesome missionaries! Anyways the rest of the day we had a couple lessons and visits.

Friday we got to go on exchange, I joined Elder Miles in his area, super cool guy. I learned a lot from him and we did a bunch of visits and that's about it. We found a couple really cool people and had a really good comp study!

Saturday we had weekly planning and a bunch of lessons, sadly only 2 of them happened. I'm not complaining though because they were really good lessons!

Sunday we went to church and both our friends Jesse and Douglass were able to come. It was super cool because they both really loved it! Afterwards we talked to the both of them and now they are both on date for baptism!!! Super excited for them!
