Elder Bryce Thompson: 11/24/2025 Week 99- Coincidence. I think Not!

We had a great start to the week! We had p-day at Presidents house which was super fun. I mean I didn't end up playing any games but still enjoyed it 🤠

Tuesday was district council which was super good and then we had a few good lessons. Mainly just spent the time finding more people to teach. Had a lesson with Ben at night.

Wednesday was just another ordinary day. However we started doing a new member message at dinner and at the end we have the members pick a couple spots in the area for us to go find people in. And what do you know it actually worked 😅.

Thursday we went to the temple with our new member Chris and it let's just say it ended up being long. But to start off we got to the temple and I ran into Donald (definitely was not a coincidence, but wasn't planned either) who was also doing baptisms!! He got to be baptized for his Dad and Uncle which was super awesome! And the Chris got to be baptized for his step grandpa. It was a really neat experience to know two people baptize close ansestors!! After that we went to In n Out of course and then took a quick detour to south Dallas so Chris could sign a roofing contract 😅. Anyway it was a long trip. Left at 9 and got back at 2:30.

Friday was another good day. It started off in the best way possible because we went to go visit Douglass' mom (hopefully y'all remember him) and what do you know he answered the door!! It was so good to see him again. And he should be back again next week so I get to have one more lesson with him!!

Saturday we met some cool people and did our best to find more. And then we went to our members house to help cook dinner because they were having the whole zone over! And it went great. I'm a master tomato chopper now 🍅.

Sunday was great. Got to partake of the sacrament 😃. And then had a great Shabbat afterwards! We had thanksgiving for dinner. Hopefully I don't get tired of it!
