Started the week by spending 1 1/2 hours at the mission office working on zone council. Then we went fishing and that didn't get us anywhere, then went to In n Out and then played a bunch of card games for the rest of pday. We had a really awesome with two younger kids and well one of them really wants to get baptized so now we are helping her get ready for it :)
Tuesday I had my final interview with President John!! Then we had a zone council where we emphasized the importance of boldly inviting and warning hard of opposition. We termed it "Invite then FIGHT". Had a super busy day the rest of the day!
Wednesday we were able to have 4 lessons with a few of our friends, and they were super good lessons! Other than that just a normal day of missionary work!
Thursday, more lessons and we got to hold a scripture study class that night with some youth. Only 4 people showed up, but hey that's greater than 0. It was a good time.
Friday we had a very revelatory MLC talking about what we can do as leadership to help the culture of the mission stay strong especially with our new mission president coming in a couple weeks. Afterwards we picked our truck up from the mission office and well let's just say it wouldn't start so we had to jump it haha (haven't had problems with it since)
Saturday I was on exchange with Elder Rogers, the best district leader ever 💯. I learned a lot from him. Lesson with Donald and then had a combined comp Study with Elder Larsen one of my former companions!! To end the night we got to go to a Mission-member fireside, it was fun because I got to do the Q&A session with my companion :)
Sunday was hectic but even crazier than usual! Had 3 church meetings as usual, then we had stake mission coordination, then we got to teach a mission prep class, had no time to think... but Sunday is always my favorite day of the week!!
