Sorry this is going to be super short :( not much happened this past week, mainly because I've been super sick and we didn't really leave the apartment much.
Monday we had district council and had a lesson with Phillip and a second lesson with him and his mom. Then we had dinner with Stephen from my last area!!! That's always a grand old time :))
Tuesday and Wednesday were very uneventful. We had a couple lessons but other than that I was "dying" at the apartment. The worst part was I lost my voice so I couldn't talk at our lessons. Worse experience ever 😵💫.
Thursday I was feeling a little better so we got to go watch "The Miracle" with our zone! It's such a good movie. The reason we were allowed to watch it was because our mission president always talks about how we must be uncommon as missionaries!! Which is just so true in general. We must be uncommon as disciples of Jesus Christ! Ok we also got to do a turkey bowl afterwards!!
Friday and Saturday wasn't feeling good again 😒. I did have enough strength to go to the Gving Machine Saturday night in Grapevine which was really cool!!
Sunday went to church and partook of the sacrament!!! Definitely the highlight of the week!
